A deposit of at least 50 % of the total cost will be due in order to book a hunt. The remaining balance will be due no later than August 15 of the present year. No refunds will be given for any reason. Credit can be applied toward future hunts. Arrival will be no earlier than 12:00 p.m. (noon) of the day before the hunt begins. Hunter(s) are responsible for all meals, transportation, weapons, ammunition, tree-stands, tags, and licenses. Hunter(s) expressly release Team K Outfitters and waive Team K of any and all liability regarding the hunt, except for acts of gross negligence by Team K or its agents, particularly with regard to the use of tree stands and firearms by hunter(s). NO all-terrain vehicles (ATV’s) and tree steps allowed.
